I got $60 worth of carrefour & NTUC vouchers for Lucky Draw

My Company hold the annual dinner @ our factory. We order buffet for the dinner, get sponsor prizes from the supplier for lucky draw and games to play with. The food was finished within 30mins, nothing was left as everyone ate like a hungry ghost. We all had alot of fun in the games. Thanks to me & my QC for brain storming. Although we don't go to big restaurant for annual dinner, no big prizes like air-ticket to HongKong, still better than nothing at all lor.

I attended the baking workshop for learning to do strawberry cheese logcake & X'mas fruitcake. It was not difficult, just many steps to follow and igredients are alot and time consume. I doubt I will try on any of this. Hahaha

I made a total of 3 logcakes for this Christmas. This was my first attempt making logcake after my hands on lesson early this year. Everything was ok except the swissroll wasn't that fluffy. Guess I must pratice more and will try harder next year.

I went to my sis-inlaw house for celebration on the eve of X'mas and we had pot luck at her house. We had gifts exchange and giving gifts for the kids. Everyone was happy and we enjoyed ourself.

Chloe's X'mas Celebration @ School

Chloe's had a X'mas celebration at her studentcare today. They are told to bring a present for gift exchange and also to bring some snack to share among the students. I decided to make chocolate muffins again as I guess this must be my signature dish bah. hahaha

Chloe's Baking Workshop

I decided to enroll Chloe for Baking workshop at our nearby community centre. It was a hands on class and the receipe was pineapple tart & chocolate cookies. We reached there 15mins earlier and Chloe is the first one. She washed her hand and wipe it and start making the dough for the pineapple tarts. As parents are not allowed in the class, we waved goodbye to her and came back 2hours later to fetch her. She presented her master piece to me and eagerly asking me to give it a try. Hmm.... I told her, it was "Marvellous".
