Butter & Raisin BreadFirst attempt to try doing bread. Not very good as my mixer can't mix well. So end up I have to use my hand to the job. Guess, my next attempt of doing bread again will be after I buy a Kenwood or Mayer Mixer. Think I will have to wait very very long for my mixer liao.
