I don't know what is this called. My friend told me is called "Ci Gu" in dialect. I had never seen the fruit of the "Ci Gu" till my colleague actually give one container of it which she had cooked by herself. I was impressed and asked her to help me to buy the fruit so that I could try out. Indeed, it wasn't easy to peel and slice and fry at the correct temperature. My "Ci Gu" turn out alittle darker but still it was crispy.
